Sub-Sections & Protocols
01
Termination of Service
chevron_right
We reserve the right to terminate, throttle, or suspend your access to the Vulcan Moderation Engine immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, if we detect any Breach of Integrity, malicious reverse engineering, or violation of the Prohibited Conduct policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the service, access the administrative dashboard, and request real-time moderation queries will cease instantly. All API credentials and server access tokens associated with your guild will be permanently blacklisted.
02
Data Retention & Sovereignty
chevron_right
Your data sovereignty is maintained with absolute priority. Moderation transcripts, server logs, and user activity stats are retained for a standard period of 90 solar days to optimize network threat intelligence, after which they are permanently purged from active buffers.
Guild administrators can request an immediate extraction manifest or execute an absolute wipe command via the console to delete history traces from all active database shards at any time.
03
Intellectual Property of Assets
